fun to try, not really worth buying

the title to my review explains it all. this is a fun product to pick up if you're at a Too Faced counter or at Sephora for about two seconds. Many times people came to me looking for a gift that is different and unique and I would bring them to this lotion. Their reaction was always amusing but in the end the tester would go back in its place and no sale was made. Here's why...

Shake the can and press the foaming dispenser. Once the product is on the skin, it sits there crackling for a few seconds in a sparkling golden foam. When the person rubs it onto the skin it feels VERY cold, which is where the wow effect comes in for most people. They laugh and wonder "what the hell?" - the skin is then left with pretty shimmering specks and all is well. FOR SOME! Others have experienced an intense feeling of heat in that same area just a few seconds after the cooling effect disappears.

It's a fun thing to do as you test it, but it doesn't really capture anyone. I wouldn't spend $22 bucks on a piece of junk like this and I probably wouldn't use it if it was given to me for free.

Also, it's not moisturizing at all. It's not a lotion, it's a foam that turns cold for 5 seconds, sparkles and then your skin feels the same as it did before you apply it.
